Project Overview: This project involved the design development and material curation for the Renesas corporate office in Hyderabad. The design intent focuses on “Change for the Better,” blending modern industrial aesthetics with biophilic elements to create a high-performance workplace. The scope covers diverse functional zones, including the Arrival Experience, Work Cafe, specialized Labs, and collaborative Open Office halls.

Design & Material Highlights: * Arrival & Social Hubs: The entrance features a sophisticated material palette of beige-grey marble flooring, moss walls for biophilic impact, and white expanded metal mesh ceilings. The Work Cafe serves as a vibrant social anchor, utilizing leatherite booth seating and solid acrylic pantry counters.

Workplace Strategy: The open work halls and private cabins prioritize acoustics and texture. Key features include CNC-cut and printed acoustic wall panels, wooden fluted paneling, and a mix of accent paint and concrete-finish columns.

Specialized Zones: The project includes a dedicated technical Lab with anti-static flooring and mineral fiber ceilings, as well as a large-scale Cafeteria/Town Hall featuring micro-concrete flooring and decorative rattan ceiling elements
