Project Overview: This project involved the interior design and spatial planning for a multi-level premium clubhouse at Urbanrise Alliance in Bachupally. The design focuses on creating a sophisticated and functional communal space that caters to diverse age groups and lifestyle needs, spanning four floors of dedicated amenity zones.

Design Highlights & Amenities: * Ground Floor (Social & Events): Features a grand entrance lobby characterized by high-end finishes and architectural column treatments using 1000mm GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) cladding. The floor also houses a pre-function hall and a large banquet hall complete with a stage and green rooms for community events.

First Floor (Recreation): Dedicated to youth and leisure, featuring a vibrant Kids Activity Zone and an expansive Indoor Games area.

Second Floor (Wellness): A fitness-focused floor comprising a modern Gym and a specialized Aerobics studio.

Fourth Floor (Lifestyle & Relaxation): A curated set of amenities including a luxury Lounge, Women’s Kitty Rooms, a Senior Citizen Club, and a professional Saloon, ensuring a comprehensive lifestyle experience for residents.
